I am liking March so far. We have had the most gorgeous weather you could Ever imagine. I think rays of sunshine are good for the soul. With my schedule revolving so much around spending time at the swimming pool; I need to make sure that I make it a point to spend time outside. I think I have figured out that the best way to accomplish this is to get an early start and go outside for a run or walk or Something before I head in for work. I need some quality Me time.
I picked up my workouts again which felt really empowering. I need to work on my nutrition. I have been slacking on making my green smoothies and protein shakes.
The awareness of striving to aim higher helped me tremendously this week. Just keeping that in mind helped me to stay upbeat and positive even on days when I was feeling tired. I am also working on being more confident and standing up for myself.
I can feel the workouts and positivity paying off in my confidence and the way I feel about myself. It has also been so nice that I am not suffering from back pain anymore.
I got to catch up with an old friend. It’s nice to know that people don’t always completely disappear from our lives.
I have been feeling a lot more creative and motivated to build of my swim team. I am a new head coach and want to create an inspiring, positive place for growth for all of my swimmers. I love them dearly. I am super excited because I had them draw a picture of their goals.
I pushed myself out of my comfort zone this week when I taught half of a deep water group fitness class for the first time. The deep water feels like a whole new realm. It is challenging for me right now, but I am looking forward to learning and growing as a group fitness instructor.
This week I gave up coffee successfully, but I want to work on tackling my other goals. I also want to work on being more organized and tidy. That area in my life could use some extra TLC.
- Launch a Blog
- Invest in my Future
- Enjoy the fun of failure
- Ask for help
- Work smart
- Enjoy now
I am really looking forward to focusing on these goals. I think this month’s theme will be:
DO MORE. BE MORE.
This week I will set some goals to help me stay on track:
- Begin every day with my Morning routine and get 7 hours of sleep every night.
