Happiness Project Week 13

This new month and springtime presents an opportunity for me to do some spring cleaning and stress less.  I think for now my goal is to just get through this spring break week at work.  I am sure things will be hectic and tomorrow will be extra long.  I feel comforted in knowing that I am not in this alone and I am too blessed to be stressed.  All I can do is my best and have faith that moment by moment that will be enough.


Lighten Up

  • Sing in the morning
  • Acknowledge the reality of people’s feelings
  • Create Happy memories
  • Take time for projects

  1. So excited to find someone else on a happiness journey! lol I’ve just started the book and am on month 1, so far I love it. How are you feeling about it being so far along?

    1. I’m happy that you are doing a happiness project too! One of the biggest gifts that I have noticed is a heightened awareness and it has helped me set goals. It is a journey worth taking. How is your journey so far?!
