Don’t Dwell On What Went Wrong

“Don’t dwell on what went wrong.  Instead, focus on what to do next.  Spend your energies on moving forward toward finding the answer.”  -Denis Waitley

This is a great practice for me to begin applying to my daily life.  I have spent a lot of my time dwelling on the past…  It is valuable to analyze what happened and extract the lesson, but once you have done that it is time to move forward.  Spending any more time than that is a waste of time,  energy, and creativity.  I want to spend my time, energy, and creativity creating the life and memories that I want.
