Last night I got to go to Friday night Zumba for the 1st time at the Y and I am so glad that I did! Before class began the instructor said that she was recovering from a cold so the workout would be very low-impact. I am not exactly sure what she meant because I was sweating by the time we were half-way through warm-up. I had such a great time! The Zumba crew is always so much fun!
Last Night’s WORKOUT OF THE DAY: Full Body Circuit!
- 12 Push-ups
- 25 Goblet squats
- 1 Minute of Mountain-climbers
- 12 Dumbell Chest flies
- 25 Sumo Squats
- 1 Minute of Mountain Climbers
- 12 Bench dips
- 25 Kettlebell swings
- 50 Jumping Jacks
- 15 Tricep Extensions
- 40 Jumping Jacks
- 25 Crunches
- 25 Kettlebell Swings
- 25 Bicycles
REPEAT THIS CIRCUIT 3 X’s!!!!
I was thinking about doing the circuit a 4th time, but I was pretty tired and I decided to stretch instead.
Last Night’s Word of the Day was:

I felt like I worked hard for this weekend! It is an adjustment to get back into a normal schedule. Quite honestly, I had to take a nap after work most days. You do whatever it takes, right?
I feel so accomplished because I worked out everyday except my Monday which was the holiday. I am so happy that I am finally getting into a routine. Hopefully soon I will be able to omit the nap during the week so that I can study more.
