How to set yourself up for a successful week


People so often complain about Mondays; how stressful they are, how it’s back to the grind and it’s busy and terrible. I don’t understand this! Monday is an opportunity for a mental reset and to set yourself up for success. But it begins with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed! Here is how to make Monday one of your best days.

  • Use Sunday night to your advantage. On Sunday night do whatever you need to do to be less stressed on Monday morning. This will look different for different people. For me, I make a to-do list for Monday, write a meal plan for the week, and have a cup of chamomile tea and read before turning into bed early. You may want to pack your lunch for the next day, or choose an outfit for work, or do a workout so that Monday can be a rest…
