Use the “Law of Attraction” for Weightloss

I am currently in the mode of collecting and learning how to be healthy, strong, and fit.  One of my favorite resources is watching youtube videos.  I will share my favorite ones with you.  This video talks about using the “Law of Attraction” for weight loss.  I think these suggestions are very helpful.

Where do my thoughts come from?

My input/environment are big influences in our lives.

Focus on what you love rather than what you hate.

  • What are you grateful for?
  • Shift your focus to all those things you love about yourself.

    Be grateful for your imperfections.

  • Be grateful for the things you hate and don’t like about yourself.
  • Shift that focus of hate into gratitude.

    Have awareness.

  • What are your thoughts?
  • Question your feelings.

    Question your answers.

  • Dig Deeper.

    Take the Right actions.

  • Find a map that i effective to get you to the goal that you want.

  1. The universe seems to be sending me the same message through every possible means. In this case, when you say “Shift your focus to all those things you love about yourself”, I’m reminded of how words shape our reality.
