Routine and healthy habits are helpful, but sometimes it is nice to be Unpredictable.
Everybody loves surprises every now and then, but sometimes surprises are untimely. That’s why I appreciate the quote:
“Expect nothing prepare for EVERYTHING.”
Unpredictability has its value and it keeps the mind thinking…
- Change your routes on the way to work (or on the way home might be better) every now and then.
- Switch up your workout routine!
- Try something new!
- Call your Mother.
- Get in touch with an old friend.
- Be spontaneous!
- Do something you have never done before.
