No Coffee? NO PROBLEM!!!

By Day #4 it’s not so bad!  My energy has picked up and this was the first time that I wasn’t itching for my caffeine “fix” to exist!

I like  to start my day with a green smoothie.

Here’s My Simple Green Smoothie Recipe:

*I use a Nutri-bullet, but any blender will work.

  • 2 or more handfulls of power greens and arugula
  • 7 strawberries (you can use any kind of berry or fruit)
  • 1 banana (you can vary your sweetener with pineapple or mango)
  • 1 tbsp of ground flax meal
  • 1 tbsp of oatmeal
  • Cover contents with filtered water (I used lime sparkling water this morning)

When it comes to making smoothies or ice-creams, I’ve never followed recipes, usually whatever I find in my fridge ends up in a blender :)) but most of the time for green smoothies I’m using: spinach, apple, orange, cucumber some lemon and mint (love the smell of mint which comes with every sip 🙂 )
        How often are u drinking smoothes like this ?? x
