I am thrilled by the fact that I have been sticking with my workouts. In fact I look forward to working out! It has been years since I have actually looked forward to working out :).
I have set my mind and heart on become a stronger, smarter, and more intelligent version of myself. I know that if I am healthy physically and mentally then my brain will function more effectively.
Today’s Workout of the Day: Sleek Obliques + Cardio
Today I was mentally exhausted and felt like I was lacking creativity so I decided to turn to my Blogilates app and do the workout on the calendar so here it is! ENJOY!!!

This workout was by far the most challenging for me. I had to modify some of the exercises, but it will be a good workout for me to re-visit to gauge my progress:

I felt so accomplished after completing these workouts. You will feel the burn and that glow of accomplishment too! After my oblique workouts I rode the stationary bike for 30 minutes while watching “New Girl.”
