Workout and Word of the Day: #73

Hello Everyone!

How is the final week of October 2016 treating you?  I can’t believe that Halloween is less than a week away! Are you going to dress up?!?! I haven’t decided on whether or not I am going to dress up.  I do know that I will be busy studying over the weekend because my Digital Logic mid-term is on Monday.  It will be nice to get it done right at the beginning of the week.

Yesterday I decided to peruse through my parent’s workout dvd collection and I found this Kettlenetics DVD collection.  I remember when my mom 1st ordered it years ago and I always wanted to follow the program, but was never home long enough to do it.  I do remember that the few times I did the workout it was really challenging.  So I have decided to follow the program.  Yesterday was my first day and so far I love it!  It is also great review on Kettle-bell technique and form.

Workout of the Day: Kettlenetics + Blogilates Booty and Thighs!

I decided to warm-up with this dvd and count it as my cardio workout.  Give it a try and let me know what you think!

 

I have also decided to go back to following Cassey Ho’s Blogilates Program.  I absolutely ❤ her app and the fact that she creates a plan that is easy to follow yet also challenging!

I think that the pilates mat workouts are always my favorite portion of a pilates workout.  Here’s a great one for you!

 

This 10 minute butt lift challenge is both challenging and FUN!  Give it a shot!

 

I was hurtin’ by the time I reached this Bold & the Bootiful workout!  But it hurts so good!!!
