Today was another day that kind of dragged me along, but I made the best of it. My boyfriend and I went for a short walk downtown then ate a lunch of sweet potato fries and wings with veggies.
The rest of the day was a little bit of a blur and then I finally got some programming done! I also journal-ed and decided that I still stand a chance to get all caught up!
My day finally started to pick up once I decided to workout!
Workout of the Day: Kettle-bell Workout + Obliques + Yoga
I started out with Kelly Coffey-Meyer’s “30 Minutes to Fitness Slim Sculpting” Below is a video clip, but I couldn’t find the complete workout online. I got the dvd by borrowing it from the library. It was a challenging workout that completely kicked my butt!!!
Next, was this little killer of a workout! She only did one exercise combination for 4 minutes, but it just about killed me!

Yesterday in my Samba class I noticed that my lower back was a little tight on the left side. This morning it felt tighter so I did some foam-rolling. There were about 3 workouts left on my Blogilates calendar, but I decided to listen to my body and do yoga instead.

Sometimes you just need to listen to your body and nurture it. Listen to your body. Your future self will thank you for it!

Ready or not, the week is beginning tomorrow and November is quickly approaching! I am just going to go with the flow and stop fighting it. I have noticed that when I get to stressed out or focused on my excuses, it paralyzes me and stunts my growth. I want to let those old patterns go and start embracing the new!
