Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
How is your week going so far? I pushed my self in a lot of different ways this week, especially academically. We are officially past the half-way point in the quarter and it is time for my to kick it into “high gear.”
Yesterday I had a hardware computer lab where we built a Binary Up-Down Counter. I was terrified at the idea because I have social anxiety in a crowd and before I even left for class I was dangerously on the edge of a major break-down. My boyfriend comforted and encouraged me and I made it into class, sweaty palms and all. It ended up being a lot better than I thought it would and I ended up having fun with building our Binary Up-Down Counter.
I think the message here is: FACE YOUR FEARS. You get stronger and build your will every single time that you challenge yourself to do what you ought to do.

Great job on today’s workout, my friends!!! I used to think that it was necessary and the most effective to complete my workouts 1st thing in the morning. I tried to be rigid about it, but what ended up happening was if I didn’t workout in the morning when I planned, I would end up skipping the workout altogether. I have learned that it is more effective to workout when you can. Just try to fit it in. Even if it is only 15 minutes. Just Do Something ❤
