This was actually yesterday’s “Workout and Word of the Day”, but I didn’t get a chance to write it out. My blurbs will be a little brief because I am currently sipping my pre-workout and getting ready for today’s workout!
Yesterday’s Workout of the Day: Run + Total Body Pilates + Yoga!!!
I Ran 3.66 miles yesterday!!!
I already felt warmed- up after that run, but I decided to start with this cardio warm-up anyways:

Word of the Day:

My hips and lower body were feeling tight after running two days in a row so I made it a point to end my day with this nice Yin Yoga Sequence.
I enjoyed that so much that I decided to do one more yoga sequence: Enjoy!
I feel myself gravitating towards Yoga a little more each day and I like the way it feels!
Alright, it’s time for me to hit today’s workout hard! It is too dark to run outside so I think I am going to bring back my beloved kettle bell!!!
