Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
I am so happy that I finally got to workout today (with jumps, cardio, and everything). I was disappointed that being sick set me back after being on such a roll, but life happens when you are making other plans, right?
I decided to switch it up a little and try something a little new so I decided to try a Fitness Blender workout.

I was a little bummed that my upper body felt a little weak. These push-ups were challenging. That’s okay, I will just build up again:
Even though it is the middle of the night; this morning workout was a refreshing change of pace:

I started doing another upper body workout and then I stopped myself and remembered that I should not get too carried away. I don’t want to overdo it then be out of commission for an extended amount of time. Remember to listen to your body anytime you workout.
If you feel any kind of pain; stop moving in the way that hurts. Modify or choose an activity that is more gentle.
