Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
December is in full swing and I have enjoyed seeing everyone’s Christmas / Holiday Spirit! I just barely made it through fall quarter at school and now I can hit the proverbial “re-set button” and start anew with the New Year.
I have some work to do before then and thankfully I have the time to de-clutter, decompress. de-stress and prepare for the upcoming year. I started this process this week when Mom came over and helped me clean, de-clutter, and organize our garage. It is perfect timing because we have been interviewing perspective tenants to rent out one of our rooms. The good news is that we found her and I believe she will be a wonderful addition to our household!
Now I have even more motivation to get organized and create space! I love the fact that it happens to be in time for the new year and that is in line with my goals for December.

I am all set up to tackle these goals now I just need to get started. So far I have not been very good about eating clean or working out regularly. It might have something to do with the fact that my boyfriend and I have been staying up past 2 am and operating on minimal sleep and not very clean eating. There’s no time like the present to begin, right?!?! And it just so happens that our schedule has finally caught up to being a little more normal. I just need to make sure that I don’t drink coffee and stay up late tonight. Sounds simple enough, right?
I have also been in a rut when it comes to workouts,but that is just because I have not had the energy to workout and I bet that that is directly related to the fact that my sleeping schedule and nutrition has been so off. I am not going to beat myself up over it anymore. I will just get to work.
