It has been challenging for me to settle down long enough to accomplish things today. I have ideas and things that I would like to do before this year comes to a close. There are tasks that I have been avoiding and chores that I have been dreading. I know that when it all comes down to it, most of these tasks are not as bad as they seem. I just need to get started.
In the past, when I have felt skewed; it has helped me to write checklists. Today is one of those days! I am tired of feeling unmotivated, disconnected, and aloof. It’s time to get to work!
End of the Year To-Do-List:
Get tires repaired. Clean out fridge.
- Organize cabinets.
Return library books.
- Make space for new tenant.
- Clean our bathroom.
- Make a Goodwill drop off.
Sign up for Costco membership. Go grocery shopping with Tara. Get gas.
- Create Transform Your Life Project 2017!!!
- Sweep and mop.
- Complete my digital logic problems.
- Let go of the past.
- Write a summative blog post for 2016.
I think this is a good starting point. Some of these tasks even look fun! I will do my best to check off as many of these items off of my list before the New Year!
