This past week I started utilizing my planner and creating a schedule for myself. I did not always stick with it to a T, but I think it helped me stay on track this week! This was the most productive week that I have had in a long time.

Which planner are you using? My best friend got me the panda planner for Christmas. You plan your month, your week, your day. Plus it gives you sections to review your day, your week and your month. The planner is awesome, in my opinion.
Hi!
I got the Blogilates planner. It is more of a fitness/food journal than anything. I am so glad that you told me about the panda planner. I have been on the hunt for a good planner that will help me organize my life.
Thanks again!

I forgot to mention how much I like that Blogilates planner! So pretty!! xoxo Sarah
Thanks Sarah!
Yes, I like this planner especially for a fitness journal!

So pretty! But I’m kind of scared it’ll remain pretty and empty as I usually don’t keep up with my diaries… I love decorating them and planning and stuff, but after a while I just forget about it… xoxo Sarah
It’s true. Life often gets in the way! I can’t think of a year that I used my planner every single day. It’s the same for journaling too. It comes and goes, but I do love looking back and reading where I was and how far I have come :).

That’s true! Keeping a journal like a productive diary! But I often write in a journal when I’m feeling sad. So when I read it, those feelings do come back. But it also is in a way also a reminder of things that you shouldn’t forget, things that you’ve learned about yourself or a situation… xoxo Sarah
Awww… I used to do that too. It seemed like the only time I would write in my diary was when I was really sad. Then I had a friend who said that I should write when I am happy too. I often like to look at journal entries from exactly a year ago. Then, even if they are sad I can remember that I got through it. But yes, often times it is good to leave the past in the past and make some new memories!
