Transform Your Life Project 2.0: Week #7

Hello My Dear Darling Friends!

I hope you had a good week.  I do not remember the minute details of this past blurry week, but I do remember some highlights.  I spent a lot of time with my family which was a blessing, but it broke my heart to hear about my dad’s health problems.  It has given me more motivation to get active and healthy.

Valentine’s Day was a busy day.  I had class then I spent time with my family.  It was not a super romantic day, but I did get some free computer programming books which was a definite highlight.  My mom also bought dinner for Christopher and I and she bought me new workout/dancing shoes!

I had a anatomy & physiology midterm and a science lab that I completed so that was a good feeling.

Also my boyfriend and I have been building more than ever.  Actually he has done most of the building since I have been so busy with school.

It has been fun to see all the progress with our projects!  Also, our cats have been cuter than ever!  Here are some of my favorite moments!

February is flying by!  It has been a good month, but I would like to up the ante with my workouts.  

February:

Focus On Faith

  • Learn about faith.
  • Count my blessings.
  • Actively build my confidence.
  • Believe in myself.

I am trying to grow in the area of faith and believing in myself.  I have noticed that my level of confidence varies from time and place.  It is interesting to notice in which ways and places it differs.

We also got our final project assignment for the dance segment of my program.  We are supposed to create dances in groups that tell our story and it is based on the work of Bill T. Jones and his film/dance “STILL/HERE.”

I have noticed that this project is a little challenging for me.  I don’t even know where to begin with creating my choreography.

Do any of you have dance and or choreography experience?!?!  Do you have any tips and tricks for me to help me get started?!

      Great job on making it to the gym!!! You are awesome :). I am behind on reading blog posts too, but it is always such a joy to come back and see what everyone has been up to:).
