Transform Your Life Project 2.0: Week #12

Hello My Dear Darling Friends!

Happy Spring!!!  This is a beautiful season of change and I am embracing many positive changes in my life.

It took a while and many cat naps to recover from our speedy road trip adventure:

We got to pick up our puppy Ruby and I have been taking her on many walks:

The highlight of my week was my academic evaluation with my professor.  I got really good grades and did really well on Winter Quarter.  I am so happy and overjoyed that I was able to turn things around after having such a crumby fall quarter.  I am so glad that I finally decided to stop forcing myself to study a subject matter that was so foreign to me.  I am going to continue studying and learning about computers and technology on my own, but I want to formally study things that truly interest and excite me.

Another beautiful thing that happened this week is I FINALLY de-cluttered my papers and my files!!!


This is a task that I have been avoiding for years.  I have spent most of my life being super sentimental and papers were no exception.  Do you see that giant brown file box?  I was able to empty it completely and consolidate all of my important papers into that black file that Alleyjandra is in.  She was my biggest helper <3.

We have been so busy this spring.  As a result I didn’t get to garden the same way that I did last spring, but our loved ones have taken off with it!!!

It has been challenging for me to not be anxious, nervous, and worried about next week, but starting today I am going to make it a point to enjoy the rest of spring break.  I will have an opportunity to practice my independence  and grow stronger over the next 10 weeks.  I feel blessed that I have school, my workouts, and my pet companions to keep me busy.  I know that the time will just fly by!!!

Last, but not least; I almost feel like March’s goals came one month early because I am planning on doing most of these things next month:


Meditation and Mindfulness

  • Meditate.
  • Breathe Deeply.
  • Practice Yoga.
  • Sing.
  • Begin Spring Cleaning.

  1. Your cat is too cute. My main goal for March (and the rest of the year) would be to get back into minimalism. I kinda lost track late last year but seeing you organize your papers (the hardest thing to declutter), I want to do the same!

    1. Thanks Kat!
      Yes, I am trying to get into minimalism too. It is challenging because growing up my parents were always trying to save things and abundance seemed like it was a good thing. Especially being very sentimental, but I guess we cannot take everything with us so we might as well pick out the things that mean the most :).
      I am learning that less truly is more.

    1. Thank you Sarah! Being interested in what I am studying makes all the difference in the world. The challenges feel a little less daunting and more exciting. I can tell that this quarter is going to be a lot more difficult than last quarter.
      I keep feeling these voices of self-doubt creeping into my being and I am going to do my best to silence the before they get out of hand.
