I noticed my cravings the most throughout day 2. I was craving sweet, salty, and solid food, but I stayed strong. One thing that I love about this plan is the fact that food prep and clean-up is so quick, seamless, and easy!!! I honestly could get used to the lack of cooking and brevity of my kitchen time.
Here’s My Day #2 Menu:
Breakfast: Simple Strawberry Shake

Snack: Apple Green Mar-tea-ni

Lunch: Ginger Soup
The ginger soup was delicious, but looked a lot like other soups so I decided not to feature a picture of it. I am still trying to get used to the thick consistency of the avocado. Hopefully it will grow on me!
Dinner: Marvelous Minestrone

I think that overall, Day 2 was the most challenging for me. Especially when I went to visit my mom and she was making chicken enchiladas for my dad. This is definitely a test of will, but I am enjoying the journey.

Love, Joy, and Blessings Always,
It is a challenge to start this eating clean journey and still find time to write about it. I admire you for that. Congrats on Day 2! 🙂
Thank you Jai! That means a lot to me!!!

I always opt for warm food and diff textures. This is quite the jump. Good for you!
Different textures. That is a really good point. The last few days I enjoyed my sweet smoothies way more than the savory ones. I think the thick texture of the avocado weirded me out a little. So today I added more water and it made all the difference!
Thanks for the encouragement!
