Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
1st of all I want to celebrate the fact that I smashed last week’s To-Do-List!!! While I didn’t strike through every single item on the list; I still completed a majority and that is a big accomplishment for me!!!
I have been feeling a little out of sorts between the pain in my leg and the series of events that have been taking place lately. I am going to tread with care and kindness for the world and my self. I have noticed (maybe you have noticed too) that I put a lot of pressure on myself and even more if I get off track or don’t accomplish the things I set out to do.
In the end, this pressure only weighs me down.
Under Pressure To-Do-List: 6/2-6/5
Meet my mom at Farmers’ Market and watch Joe Baque perform. 6/2 Read “The Dancer as a Performing Athlete” article. 6/2 Create and annotate Fitness Journal Graph. 6/4 Write my paper based on the article. 6/3
- Complete Exothermic Lab. 6/4
- Complete and turn in Chemistry final. 6/6
Research and learn about hamstring rehab/healing and implement new knowledge. 6/5
- Make yummy cottage cheese pancakes. 6/4
- Vacuum room. 6/4
- Spend at least 30 minutes organizing garage. 6/3
Yeah, I think that’s enough to keep me busy this weekend. Maybe I will do so well with striking through this list that by the end of the weekend I will be feeling cool as ice (rather than under pressure).
