Workout and Word of the Day: #13

Hello My Dear Darling Friends!

This was my 3rd workout in a row!  I can’t remember the last time I completed 3 workouts in a row so it feels like an accomplishment.  We have to celebrate those little wins because they add up.

I even completed my workout earlier in the day which felt great!  I am just so happy that I can do most of these exercises with less pain in my hamstring.

Workout of the Day: THIGH TRIMMER!

Quick Cardio Warm-up this was a nice easy warm-up:

Sculpted Thighs and Tight Abs: This was a nice combination of thigh work and core work!

5 Best Thigh Slimming Exercises:

Quick Burn Legs: Equipment Free!

Word of the Day:

ampere-noun

  1. The basic unit of electrical current in the International System of Units (SI) equivalent to one coulomb per second, formally defined to be the constant current which if maintained in two straight parallel conductors of infinite length, if negligible if circular cross section, and placed one meter apart in vacuum, would produce between these conductors a force equal to 2 × 10 −7 newton per meter of length.

This month most of my posts have consisted of “Workouts and Words of the Day” and I am more than okay with that.  It really feel good to work hard and tone my body!

I hope you will have a wonderful weekend!!!

Love, Joy, and Blessings Always,

❤ Alana Xoxoxo
