Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
It was the perfect morning. I met one of my dearest friends at a local bakery cafe where we got teas and freshly baked blueberry scones that melted in your mouth. She and her husband drove 7 hours from the eastern side of the state and I am thrilled that we got to visit. This week she got her official acceptance into a Dental Assistant program and will start this fall!!! She also surprised me with a colorful early birthday gift. It was so thoughtful of her to think of me. I am trying to save it for my birthday, but we will see if I will be able to wait that long.
In the afternoon, my bf and I took Ruby for a walk around the lake then went home and cooked dinner. It was a funfilled day, but by the end of it I was exhausted.
I was so tempted to skip my workout (like I am today) but I am determined to stick with my commitment to workout everyday in August.
I did a shorter workout since I was tired, but I am glad that I still made the effort to get it in!
Workout of the Day: ARM ATTACK + Day #2 Kundalini Yoga
I know, it is a lot shorter workout than what I have been doing this week, but I am just glad that I didn’t skip!

Thanks for joining me for today’s workout and word of the day! I must admit that some of the workouts may seem simple, but I am mostly after establishing a consistent habit. Once I have that going I will begin to refine the workouts and add more intensity.
