Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
I needed to mix things up for this workout so I put on my pink tights, green leotard, and ballet slippers and twisted my hair into a bun for some ballet fun. I hadn’t practiced ballet since my injury, but really enjoyed this ballet barre workout.
I think the music takes me into another world and reminds me to carry myself with strength and grace.
I thought I might only do the warm-up and the mini barre workout, but later in the day I also did a booty workout then ended with my 3rd day of Kundalini Yoga.
The key is to just get started. Once you get some momentum you will want to keep going!
Workout of the Day: Ballet + Bootylicious!!!
This is a fun and challenging ballet warm-up. Remember to listen to your body and modify as necessary. I cannot lift my legs up that high YET, but I do what I can!
