Workout and Word of the Day: #18

Hello My Dear Darling Friends!

Consistency hasn’t been easy this week, but it feels good to be consistent anyways.  I think I am going to start working on getting my workouts in earlier in the day. Then I will have more energy and motivation.

My desire to stick with my commitment to workout everyday this month has kept me going.

Workout of the Day: Muffintop Melt

Word of the Day:

ventifact- noun

  1. a pebble or cobble that has been faceted, grooved, and polished by the erosive action of wind-driven sand.

When you workout consistently, you start to create a groove in your life that keeps you on track and keeps you coming back!

Thanks for joining me for today’s Workout and Word of the Day!  See you next time!!!

Love, Joy, and Blessings Always,

      1. Nice! That is such a great combination. They all compliment each other. HIIT always kicks my butt. I need to do more of that 🙂 My favorites are: dancing, running, and swimming. I would like to get better at yoga because I always feel amazing afterwards.

  1. Ahhh I just did the Perfect 10 abs yesterday! It was hard lol. Like every Time we went back to ballerina situps, I could only do like 5 of each instead of 10. Until the very last set when she said that it was the last exercise lol then i was able to 😂 nice job Alana on your workouts lately ❤

    1. Yes, I have noticed that I can’t keep up with her pace most of the time yet, but that’s the goal 🙂 I love how we are able to power through the end of a workout once we know that end is near! You keep up the great workouts too Jess!!!
