Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
Happy Saturday!!! I wanted to do a workout that was under 30 minutes and would work my upper body without push-ups. This is what I found!
Workout of the Day: TONED LEAN ARMS WORKOUT
Oh just kidding… There is a push-up variation in here at the very end. Plyo-push-ups, but you can do them on the wall if you like 🙂

Do you have fun plans for the weekend? I just picked up my iced americano with sugar free peppermint and cream and now I am ready for the day! I think I am going to go with the flow this weekend, but I will Definitely get my workouts in so stay tuned!!!
