Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
I have noticed that everyday I look forward to working out a little more. It is so inspiring to finally feel a sense of motivation that has been lacking for quite some time. I think that the motivation comes from my momentum and the momentum comes from consistency.
I have not been following a strict workout or plan. Lately I have been choosing my workouts based off of what I feel curious about on that particular day. Some days I want a good hard hiit workout and other days my body craves pilates. Lately I have been doing strength training workouts with dumbells because I want to build more muscle and it makes me feel powerful. For this workout I wanted to use the swiss ball and some dumbells. This might be my favorite workout yet!
