Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
I have been enjoying the flexibility of choosing the kind of workout that I do day-by-day. In the near future (especially once school starts) I will probably create a workout plan to follow, but until then I am enjoying the sense of spontaneity that I get.
It is still such a novelty to be able to type in a body part and get back hundreds of videos with exercises that work that part!
Today’s Workout of the Day is: BACK + ABS & OBLIQUES + Stationary Bike
Remember to always warm-up before you begin. It will help you get more out of your workout and prevent injuries.
This back workout was fun and challenging. Since I am just starting my training, I only did one round, but feel free to do as many rounds as you like!!!
This is one of the more challenging ab workouts that I have done in a while. Enjoy!!!
