Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
I completed another workout and noticed that this morning my arms and back were wore probably from my back workout a few days ago. I am excited because my shoulders have become more flexible. There was a time not so long ago when I could not even do this stretch far enough to reach my hands together. In the past I could do it so easily.
It was concerning because for most of my life I could do this stretch so easily. Remember to spend a little time everyday stretching so that you can maintain and increase your flexibility and mobility!
Workout of the Day: LEG DAY + BOOTY Yay!
Some of these workouts do not include warm-ups, but warm-ups are still so essential to injury prevention so I have included one here:
Brutal Butt and Thigh Workout: I am so happy that I finally have the stamina to complete a “Fitness Blender” workout. These workouts are not easy, but I always feel a sense of accomplishment when I’m done! You can too!!!
Exercises for WIDER Hips | Fix your hip dips: I didn’t even know that “hip dips” was a coined term. I think I still have them to some degree, but here is a workout to correct it. I like her use of workout equipment.
Word of the Day:
ululate- verb
- To lament loudly and shrilly.
- To howl as a dog or a wolf; hoot as an owl.
- To utter howling sounds as in shrill, wordless, lamentation.
