Hello My Friends!
Yesterday was my Grandma Alice’s 93rd birthday so I piled into a car with my parents and drove south to visit her 🙂
Grandma is truly and jewel and one of my favorite people and greatest role-models. We went to brunch and I am proud of the fact that I made healthier choices. I chose a seafood omelet with no potatoes and no toast and replaced those starches with oatmeal. I drank lots of water throughout the day and said, “no thank you” when my uncle offered me a beer.
I even made time for my workout :).

It was a tight squeeze in the kitchen, but while my mom and grandma played Sakura; I got my workout in! I specifically looked for workouts in tight spaces.

- Stolen good thrown away by a thief in flight.

Thanks for joining me for another workout and word of the day! We are getting stronger everyday!!!

Can u give us an example in which situation is the best to use it?
Hi Lela!
I’m guessing your asking about the word? I was curious about this too, because I usually hear the word “waif” used in a derogatory way.
A homeless puppy wandering the streets alone is an example of a waif. “She is foster – mother to various waifs and strays.”
I hope that helps.
