Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
Happy Saturday!!! This week I started to feel the positive effects of working out consistently! I have more energy and less pain overall in my body. I also feel more confident because I know that I am taking care of myself and my health and we all need to remember that “health is wealth.”
Yesterday I started playing a game at mealtime called, “how little can I eat and still feel satisfied?” This is pretty self-explanatory. I know that we will get our greatest results when we commit to eating cleanly. Nutrition really does make all the difference in the world, but for me, it is challenging.
I have been feeling really good throughout the day and have been exercising my willpower. I have noticed that at the end of the day and closer to bedtime is when my cravings really kick in. I am going to start doing alternate activities to snacking and munching. Maybe yoga or drawing, or anything but eating 🙂

Is this workout only for women ? Or men can do it
Hi!
These workouts are great for everyone. I think you would especially like the dumbell workout. The other exercises work on good posture also great for men and women. I have been seeing lots of people with a hunched over posture due to sitting at a computer for a long time (I am guilty of that too sometimes), these workouts will help to correct that.
