Workout and Word of the Day: #29

Hello My Dear Darling Friends!

These workouts have been helping me to remain sane!  Now I wonder why I ever spent so many days skipping my workouts.  I am happy to finally feel the good effects of creating better habits 🙂

Yesterday was a long day, but at the end of it, I still made time to get my workout in!  I really want to start shaping a waist for myself.  I decided to do a total- body workout to work everything from head to toe.

Workout of the Day: TOTAL BODY!!!


Word of the Day:

depredate- verb

  1. To lay waste; plunder; ravage
  2. To engage in plunder.

The bear that depredated the beekeeper’s hives has been relocated.

      I couldn’t do a 45 minute workout for the longest time. I wasn’t even sure I would be able to do this one. I started with 15 minutes and have slowly built up. Thanks for stopping by! You can do it too just start small 🙂
