Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
I decided to re-do the operating system on my computer and it took nearly an entire day. I ended up doing 50 plus math problems which was a good thing 🙂 I also weeded the garden and my bf and I planted a naval orange tree in our backyard. I am so curious about whether or not it will grow in our climate. I guess we will have to wait and see.
Today’s workout will not be youtube based since I was computer-less, but it was kind of nice to do a workout on my own. Enjoy!!!
Workout of the Day: Stationary Bike + The Forward Backward Workout!!!
I warmed up on the stationary bike for 30 minutes first. Always make sure that you get your warm-up in!!!
Grab your dumbells and perform the following exercises without rest. When you get to the bottom of the list, rest for one minute, and then repeat, starting with the last exercise. Repeat once again from top to bottom then bottom to top.
- 10 Overhead Tricep Extensions.
- 8 Shoulder Presses.
- 10 Upright Rows.
- 12 Twisting Bicep Curls.
- 8 Standing Side Crunches.
- 10 Stiff-legged Romanian Deadlifts.
- 12 Squats.
- 8 Reverse Lunges.
