Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
I like doing my leg/booty day on a Monday. They are the biggest muscles in the body and working those early in the week always make me feel strong and powerful.
Workout of the Day: BOOTY!!!
I warmed up with 30 minutes on the stationary bike and decided to do this fun cardio dance workout!
After my hamstring strain my physical therapist had me do some glute activation work. Here is a video with the exercises she assigned. I like to practice these exercises especially before leg day.
Here are some exercises for a “rounder butt” make sure you do this sequence at least twice!
