Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
I fear that I am becoming a nerd without the proper bone structure. I guess I am just not meant to wake up in the morning and play StarCraft II because my hand has been going numb… Either that, or I need to figure out what kind of mouse works for me. My wrist was sore for a day so I soaked in a hot epsom salt bath and I think it helped. But this morning my hand went numb again when I played a round.
I decided that this calls for another booty workout day because working out my legs won’t irritate my wrist.
Workout of the Day: BOOTY BOOTY BOOTY!!!
We did this earlier in the week, but I decided to start my workout with some glute activation:
This was a fun workout with lots of squats and lunges. And would you look at her gorgeous locks? I wish my hair was healthy and thick like that!
I really enjoy Chloe Ting’s workouts. She keeps me on my toes. I am also happy that I can do plyometrics again. Maybe soon, I will start running 🙂
I have a bit of a belly going on so I have decided to do some core work everyday!!!
