Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
This past week I had some great workouts, but I noticed that I would often crash at the end of the day and my mood would plummet dramatically as the hours got later. I was a little concerned about the fact that I would become so listless and grumpy especially since it is not like me or the way that I want to be.
For a fleeting moment I worried that I was just becoming a self-centered ball of stress. Then yesterday I had an aha moment. I have been watching a lot of youtube fitness videos and decided to use the “natural pre-workout” that I had on hand. I even made sure that it didn’t have any of the high risk ingredients. Additionally, I took a BCAA supplement after the workouts. Yesterday I decided to omit those supplements from my workout routine and it was a night and day difference. I was much more level-headed, optimistic, and didn’t not experience that dreaded listless crash.
I think that I am personally better off without workout supplements for now. I am not knocking them because I know that some people get spectacular results, but for now I am omitting them. I was a little more tired and a little less motivated for this workout, but I did it anyways and felt great afterwards without the crash!

Always remember to listen to your body. If something feels off, take some time to analyze your lifestyle and figure out what you are doing differently or what needs to change. Your health and well-being should be top priority because you are worth-it!!!
