Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
I felt tired and a little unmotivated to work out. I think the fact that I was in celebration mode all weekend for my birthday impacted my energy levels and that’s okay.
For the past few weeks I have been doing a lot of strength training with dumbbells and high energy hiit workouts. I decided to switch it up a little and do a gentle pilates workout today and it was just what I needed!
Workout of the Day: Pilates
This workout was very gentle yet concentrated. I felt so good afterwards that I wanted to do another pilates routine.
This routine clipped along at a quicker pace and was a lot of fun. Don’t be fooled by the fact that we don’t use equipment. You will engage your entire body in this workout!
Word of the Day:
- A space that intervenes between things; especially one between closely spaced things.
- A short space of time between events.
