Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
I must admit that this week I was very lackadaisical when it came to my workouts. Maybe even on the edge of laziness because it was my birthday and I wanted to do fun birthday things and eat whatever I wanted. So I basically did.
Thankfully, a new month begins tomorrow and I am ready to get back on track! I still managed to do daily workouts and today is my 31st workout in a row!!! I believe that this is a record for me and thank you for joining me and cheering me on every step of the way!!!
As a result of being in “celebration mode,” I have been a little low energy. Because celebration mode meant staying up late, eating every meal from breakfast to dessert. A few extra beers and relying a little too heavily on caffeine.
I especially felt it during my workout today so I decided to focus on Abs and burning belly fat 🙂

Denise Austin has been one of my favorite workout instructors for as long as I could remember. I love how encouraging and high energy she is. This workout brought me back!
I really enjoy Chloe Tings Workouts! This intense ab workout was killer!

What are your workout goals for September?!?! I definitely want to maintain my momentum with my workout routine. I am a little worried that I will feel inclined to let it slide with my demanding school schedule, but I want this fall to be different.
I don’t know if I will be able to commit to another 31 days in a row because I should probably start incorporating a rest/ recovery day. Or at least active rest with yoga or pilates.
I am considering doing a #yogaeverydamnday challenge on instagram. Does anyone want to join me?!?!
