Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
It feels like we are surrounded by forest fires. The air has been very hazy and I woke up yesterday with a dusting of ash on my car. My bf and I needed to get out of the house so we drove to the southern end of the state, but realized that the smoke was getting thicker so we decided to turn around and come home.
It was an odd day and I felt tired after it all. I almost declared it a rest day, but then I remembered how good I feel after my workouts and decided to do some core work!

Flat Abs Workout: I enjoyed this workout because Cassey explained form and technique for the basic pilates exercises. It was great review and a killer ab workout too!
Buh-Bye Muffintop Workout: A few months ago I did not have the flexibility and core strength to even do this exercise so it was exciting to find out that I can do it now!!!

At the end of the day I felt too tired to do yoga, but that’s okay. I did some really good pilates and core work. I am glad that I decided not to take a rest day. I hope you will have a Fantastic rest of your day!!!
