Fall is almost here. The colors of the leaves are beginning to change and the air is spicy. Also, Starbucks has started making those infamous Pumpkin Spice Lattes! As tempting as they look I have been opting for an americano with pumpkin spice hoping that it is a slightly healthier option 😉

After my Pilates workout we took a lunch break. We got fish and chips and after that I decided to break up with fried foods for awhile because I felt like garbage…
Epic Cardio Boxing Workout: This workout kicked my butt!!! I think I was a little dehydrated so towards the end of it I felt a little dizzy. Remember to hydrate my friends!!! ENJOY!!!
