Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
I think the fried food (fish and chips), getting a little dehydrated, and the glass and a half of wine the night before caught up with me today. I honestly felt like garbage and needed to hydrate. I also had a nagging hairline headache that would not go away. I decided to remedy my ailments (with a gallon of water– sipped slowly and vitamin I -ibuprofen) then did my best to get a little workout in.
I learned my lesson, I cannot get away with the sins I could commit in my early and mid twenties. As I approach 30, the consequences of every action becomes heavier. I think it could be a blessing and a curse depending on how I want to view it. I am going to see it as a blessing and be more aware of my choices.

I thought that I was going to have to enter dreamland early and sleep off the yuckiness, but after today’s gentle workout I felt a lot better. I ate a plate of broccoli, tuna salad, and lots of water followed by ginger turmeric tea. I even felt ready to workout more, but decided that I didn’t want to overdo it.
