Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
It has been a beautiful sunny summer!!! I could not ask for more good times and beautiful memories, but I must admit that laziness has begin to set in and it is time for me to draw up a to-do-list.
I have been working out consistently for the first time in forever!!! I even went 31 days straight and counting. Now I want to get my ass in motion and by that I mean being more ambitious.
I always have lots of goals, dreams, and bright ideas, but by the time it is time for me to do something about it I get overwhelmed and end up doing… well finding a distraction. I spent many years of my life helping by family and trying to be there for others, but I neglected myself in the process. Nobody ever asked me to, but I just let it happen.
Now I am in a relationship with a strong and complete man who uplifts me and doesn’t need me, but we choose to be together everyday. I have this golden opportunity to work on myself and better myself and I have just been too overwhelmed or stuck in self-sabotage mode to begin.
So now I want to take some BOLD steps and focus on bettering myself and how I can make the world a better place. First I need to get some housekeeping tasks out of the way 😉
Get Back On Track To-Do-List: 9/9- 9/17
- Declutter, clean, and organize bedroom.
- Clean Bathroom.
- Deep Clean kitchen.
- Laundry.
- Vacuum house.
- Create a morning routine.
- Create an evening routine.
- Write out a schedule.
- Decide what program to take this quarter.
- 7 pm couples Massage.
- Choose a meal plan and stick with it.
- Organize kitchen.
I am giving myself a week to complete this list. Hopefully I will get it done before then, but I don’t want to set myself up for failure by becoming to overwhelmed (I know these things about myself.)
