Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
I decided that I want to follow a workout plan that will help me get results, but I do not want to spend money on a gym or personal trainer. I searched online and have found the HASfit Warrior 90 Day Workout. It is a free workout plan that I can follow for 90 days. It starts out fairly short and easy and gradually increases in intensity. I just completed the first workout which is the 15 minute insanity workout and it definitely got my heart pumping.
I am going to do the daily workouts and anything else is a bonus! Please join me on this fitness journey! I would love to have a workout buddy!!!
