Hello My Dear Darling Friends!

Have you done your workout yet?  If not you should join me for a little cardio or a good chest and back strengthening!

Workout of the Day: HASfit #3 Cardio Blast + 45 Min. Chest & Back Workout!

Let’s Dance it out for our warm-up, shall we?!?!?

Ultimate 10 Minute Cardio:  I usually do my resistance training before cardio, but I wanted to give this my all so I did it first!  I was definitely warmed- up for the chest and back killer workout!

This workout was challenging, but I felt so accomplished by the end!

Word of the Day:

mickle- adjective
