Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
I have noticed that with the rain and the colder weather, my cravings for sugar have increased. I keep catching myself wanting to order a salted caramel mocha or a pumpkin spice latte instead of my Americano. I have managed to abstain by reminding myself that I cannot afford to spend 300-500 calories on a drink. I think it is time for me to create a home coffee ritual that will help me save money too 🙂

The Bold and the Bootyful: I could barely lift my leg for most of this workout, but I did my best. Let me tell ya, you will feel it after all of those other booty workouts!!! If you have made it this far, then you are a TOTAL ROCKSTAR!!!
