Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
I am starting to see that I am not great at dealing with uncertainty. I get stressed out, overwhelmed, and usually shut down. I think it is because I end up imagining the worst outcome and while it is a possibility, my fears end up paralyzing me.
I want to change this about myself by focusing on the factors that I have some control over. I cannot control the weather or the way that people see me, but here are some areas in my life that I can adjust:
- My attitude.
- What time I go to bed.
- What time do I wake up.
- I can create a schedule and set goals.
- I can choose my meals.
- I can choose how I spend my time.
- I can choose who I spend my time with.
We all get 24 hours in each day and it is up to us to make the most of it!
