Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
After more than 53 straight days of working out; I took a rest day on Thursday. It was definitely a much needed break! I felt a little weak during this workout. I think it is due to a combination of stress and not being able to sleep at night. A week ago our plans were way different from what they are now and I am learning to go with the flow. It is a learning process because I don’t always deal well with the unknown. I do know that if I workout and have proper nutrition, I will feel uplifted, strong, and energized!
Workout of the Day: TOTAL BODY WORKOUT!!!
HASfit Warrior 20 HIIT workout for fatloss: This workout kicked my butt!!!
I was pretty worn out by the time I started this Fit and Sexy Workout with Weights I almost decided to call it a day after the warm-up, but I decided not to quit and to stick with it!
Word of the Day:
toothsome- adjective
- Agreeable; attractive.
- Of palatable flavor and pleasing texture.
Lately I have been dreading bedtime. It has been such a struggle for me to fall asleep and I am so worried that once school starts (ON MONDAY) I will accidentally sleep through my alarm. On Thursday night I set an alarm and didn’t even hear it. This morning I heard my alarm and went back to sleep. I think what I dislike the most about bedtime is that my shoulders and upper back get super tight and sore and I feel restless for what feels like hours… I don’t want to take sleeping pills and am hoping to find a natural remedy. I think tonight I will try some sleepytime tea.

Hi, I use to experience this. Usually I would sleep bad because of the soreness from the gym that day. You know after a while you need to work harder and harder to get the soreness feeling. It is usually felt more when freshly starting somthing new, a new program causing more wear and breakdown. I actually liked the feeling. A good deep massage would usually do the trick. I found I slept better on my off days! 🙂 it’s not easy to do with a busy a life! 🙂
Hi!
Thanks for sharing! Yes, I do love the feeling of a good workout and knowing that I challenged myself. I finally started taking rest days and it has helped. A deep massage sounds great. I will have to do that too 🙂
Have a great weekend and have fun working out!
