Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
Life is about to get hectic, but I am excited about everything I am going to learn this year! Last night I did the Legs Up The Wall pose for 5 minutes before bed and I think it helped me fall asleep! I did not wake up early this morning, but I will need to wake up early tomorrow so I better make it a point to get to bed before 11 tonight.
