Workout and Word of the Day: #62

Hello My Dear Darling Friends!

Life is about to get hectic, but I am excited about everything I am going to learn this year!  Last night I did the Legs Up The Wall pose for 5 minutes before bed and I think it helped me fall asleep!  I did not wake up early this morning, but I will need to wake up early tomorrow so I better make it a point to get to bed before 11 tonight.

      Great job on your workouts! Truly inspiring 🙂 I just started school and have a full load with Biology, Chemistry, and Geology + labs. I need to create a plan to continue these consistent workouts and my weightloss journey.
