Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
I think stretching after Monday’s workout was time well spent because I can still bend and straighten my arms! I really think that stretching helped to cut down on the soreness that I usually feel two days after that workout.
Today’s workout will seem short and sweet because it is a cardio day, but I made sure that I did a little pilates workout and it kicked my butt! It has been a long time since I have done any pilates or yoga, but I want to get back into it because I am thinking of taking a ballet class during winter quarter. And if I feel really ambitious I will also take Janelle Campoverde’s Afro-Brazilian Dance class on Saturday mornings. We will see if I am up to it. I just know that I am a lot happier when I am dancing 🙂
Workout of the Day: Pilates + Cardio!
After that pilates workout I rode the stationary bike for 30 minutes while reading a book. Yesterday I went for 45 minutes and I decided that it is good for me to vary the lengths of my cardio workouts.

peroxisome- noun
- A small organelle that is present in the cytoplasm of many cells and that contains the reducing enzyme catalase and usually some oxidases.
Even though this quarter has been very rough and has represented the worst side of me, I am still making it a point to learn and come out a stronger, more knowledgeable individual. That’s the goal right?!?!

I love how excited and passionate you are about experimenting in fitness. So many people think of it as a chore, but there is so much fun things to do! I think you should definitely go for all of those classes when you get the chance! Also, I love watching Boho Beautiful’s yoga vids – she has great ones!

I am at the beach, so walking in the water’s edge for hours. Also do stretching, and shadow boxing on the sand.
That sounds wonderful and so healing. Enjoy your time at the beach! I am so happy to be active again after being sick for so long. ❤
